We are building a future where battery systems are no longer disposable black boxes. Our mission is to reduce electronic waste by creating a modular battery ecosystem with decentralized monitoring. Instead of throwing away entire battery packs when a single cell fails, Akku-Craft allows for repair, scalability, and granular control.

How It Works

The current battery industry is plagued by planned obsolescence. Akku-Craft breaks this cycle through a synergy of three main domains:

  • Hardware (Schematics): The electrical foundation handles high currents while maintaining precise monitoring. It features individual cell bank sensing, active/passive balancing, and MOSFET-based protection.
  • Mechanics (3D Models): A safe and portable housing that allows you to scale capacity simply by adding units, not by redesigning the system.
  • Firmware (ArduinoBMS): The C++ "brain" of the system. It uses prioritized logic loops for real-time safety checks (over/under voltage, thermal throttling), state-of-charge calculation, and telemetry broadcasting.
